Wondering about whether to get a wedding planner? Not sure whether its value for money? My wife and I had been engaged for 6 years, putting off the wedding because we were either too busy to plan it ourselves or just not sure where to start. Thankfully after finding Rachelle at Trust In Love, I'm pleased to say that in little over 18-months we had our dream wedding.

Right from the beginning, Rachelle made the process seem seamless and easy, splitting up the bigger tasks into small manageable chunks. For example, when it came to the photographer she sent across 3 recommended options with prices and examples making it easy for us to evaluate and choose an option quickly and effortlessly.

Finding the videographer was a notable example where Rachelle had to go out of her way to find us something different. After initially not being sure on the first 3 options, she diligently searched for more based on our feedback and style.

A little way into planning our short timescale wedding we realised that we needed assistance with this, as much for it to run smoothly on the day as for our own sanity. Rachelle picked up the ball we handed her and ran with it. From the first lunch consultation we walked away knowing we had made the right decision. 

Friendly, approachable, professional, we had the confidence to let Rachelle co-ordinate our day and she delivered on our original vision and then some. Our original dream became a reality far greater than we could ever have managed alone.

Rachelle is the perfect wedding coordinator. From the moment she got involved in our wedding planning we knew we could breathe a sigh of relief that we had someone amazing to take care of things on the day. We booked Rachelle for her “On The Day” package. We wanted to ensure that we didn’t have to worry about timings, coordinating suppliers, setting up the reception etc.

Before we knew it Rachelle had built a timeline and contacted our suppliers to ensure everyone was aligned. In fact, without even asking we received feedback about Rachelle from each of our suppliers who called her “lovely” and “very organised”.

On the morning of the wedding Rachelle texted us to let us know she had everything under control and not to stress. This put us at ease. The next time we saw her was when we walked into our perfectly presented wedding reception. Everything was set up pristinely. She’d even organised a better position for our hired bar which, considering the rain that day - was a godsend.

We would highly recommend Rachelle, she made sure our wedding went off without a hitch (except for the very important “hitch”), ensured our guests were happy, our reception set up perfectly, the venue management satisfied and the little touches thought through. She even lent us some of her own props that she’d acquired through years in the business.

My husband and I looked into the services of a wedding planner as we had the grand task of planning two ceremonies and a reception all in the same day and with only a short period of time to plan this. We knew this would be a challenge
and therefore wanted some help to ensure the day would run smoothly. We booked Rachelle’s ‘on the day’ planning services however I would honestly say we received a lot more.

As we had so much to organise, Rachelle kindly offered some help with some of the tasks we were struggling with. She helped with supplier sourcing for our flowers and also a canopy we needed for a religious ceremony. Both of these would have taken us so much time to do ourselves, as it involved a lot of research. Rachelle presented her quotes to us within a very clear and professional proposal making it really easy to make a decision. The end results of both the flowers and the canopy were amazing. The flowers were beautiful and the canopy looked absolutely stunning. Rachelle also helped decorate the canopy, which was perfectly executed.

Whenever we needed anything clarifying or had a question, Rachelle responded very quickly and professionally and she reassured us with any doubts we had. That’s definitely something you need when planning such a big day.

Rachelle put together an extremely organised timeline and sent it to all our suppliers ahead of the wedding. She was also the main point of contact, which really helped ease the stress of the build up to the big day. Overall it was well worth the budget to hire Rachelle as she more than helped make the day run smoothly and also helped with numerous tasks before the day that we were struggling with. Rachelle definitely made the wedding planning smooth sailing and stress free. Everything was beautiful and we received so many compliments from our guests thanks to how everything was put so perfectly together.
